On 08-25-2020 City of Bradford Police Department along with the McKean County District Attorney's Office K9 Unit executed a search warrant at 22 Merrow Avenue in the City of Bradford.
Subsequent to that warrant the City of Bradford Police charged Tony Jo McCormick with 3 Felony counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances, 5 Misdemeanor Counts Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1 Count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 2 Counts Possession of an Instrument of a Crime.
Tony Jo McCormick was arraigned by District Magistrate Richard Luther and remanded to McKean County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
