A Bradford police officer at the center of misconduct allegations against himself and former Chief Butch Bartlett has been disciplined, and is still employed by the Police Force.
At last night�s City Council meeting, Mayor James McDonald announced that Officer Matthew Gustin had been disciplined for his involvement in the arrest of Matthew Confer back in May, which critics claimed involved unnecessary force. Read more....
